Bluerock will make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition.

We will dispatch your order in a branded Food Snob wooden crate. Inside the crate will be a couple of ice packs, wood wool and your products presented beautifully on top. A wooden lid will close the hamper and be held down by a Food Snob ribbon.

Your order will be stored at fridge temperature – if delivered ex Auckland to a work address then your delivery will be made in a chilled truck. If delivered ex Auckland to a residential address then an ambient courier will deliver the product. If delivered in Auckland Work/Residential addresses then your order will also be delivered in a chilled truck. The above measures will keep your items cool until they reach you.

We aim to dispatch your order so that you receive it one to three business days after placing it. Additional freight charges will apply.

We are limited in dispatch to rural delivery addresses due to the extra time taken by couriers to complete the delivery. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Private Bags. We regret that shipping is not available to addresses outside of New Zealand at this stage.

For large indent hamper orders please contact us on info@www.foodsnob.co.nz to check availability and freight options.Please place separate orders for each separate delivery location.

A signature is required on delivery. If this is not possible, please provide instructions for where to leave the parcel. If any item you have ordered is out of stock or no longer available, we will endeavor to contact you to confirm a replacement. If we cannot contact you within a reasonable timeframe, a similar item of the same or greater value will be substituted.

If you have not received your order within 4 days of receiving a dispatch confirmation, please send your order confirmation to info@www.foodsnob.co.nz and we will follow up with you.
