1 block of Food Snob Greek feta
2 tubs of Food Snob Pitted Olives
1 zest & juice lemon
2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
2 sprigs of basil
2 sprigs oregano
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Drain the pottle of olives and line a baking dish with olives. Please your feta block on top of the olives.
Place lemon peel, garlic slices, and herbs on top of the feta and olive mixture.
Whisk olive oil and lemon juice together and poor all over the baking dish.
Sprinkle the dish with chili flakes, salt and pepper.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese has softened, and the feta has a golden colour.
Serve with bread that can soak up the olive oil mixture.
Feel free to get creative with this recipe.
Add cherry tomatoes or roasted red pepper strips.
