MEDITERRANEAN FARFALLE PASTA

INGREDIENTS

200g  Farfalle pasta, cooked and cooled

2x        Food Snob Med mix, drained

3x        cloves garlic, peeled, crushed

1c        rocket

1c        fresh basil

Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat a large pan w 2 Tbsp. oil and quickly sauté garlic until fragrant but not coloured.

Add drained Med mix and sauté for a further 2 minutes.

Toss through rocket and serve garnished w Basil

I find this recipe doesn’t need salt but some freshly ground black pepper is great!

Serves 4 with other dishes
