HOT HERB & GARLIC CAMEMBERT FONDUE

INGREDIENTS

200gm wheel Food Snob Classic French Camembert cheese

¼ cup chopped fresh herbs

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon crushed pink or coloured peppercorns, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon liquid honey

Bread sticks, deli meats and chargrilled vegetables to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Pre-heat the oven to 180 degs.
  2. Combine the chopped herbs, garlic and peppercorns. Brush or roll the camembert in the honey then the herb and garlic mixture.
  3. Place the coated cheese wheel on a sheet of baking paper and bake in an oven-proof serving dish for 12-15 minutes until the cheese puffs up and starts to spilt in the centre.
  4. Serve warm with the bread sticks, deli meats and vegetables.
