300g Food Snob Greek Feta
1 cup Greek yogurt
150g or 1 x block cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to season

2 Tbsp freshly chopped mint, plus more for garnish
2 Tbsp freshly chopped dill, plus more for garnish
In a large mixer, beat (whip feta cheese, greek yogurt, cream cheese, oil, lemon juice and zest until fluffy and combined.
Season with salt and stir in dill and parsley.
Drain Food Snob Marinated Olives and roughly chop.
Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with dill, parsley, chopped olives and a drizzle of oil.
Serve with fresh bread, crostini’s or crackers.
