Bell Pepper, Roast Beef and Cucumber Pita Pockets


Food Snob Bell Peppers

Cucumber (thinly sliced)

Black Olives (chopped finely)

Sliced Roast Beef

Pita pockets (halved)


Handful of rocket


  1. Prepare fillings for pita pocket so everything is cut/sliced to desired size.
  2. Hold open a halved pita pocket and add a slither of mayonnaise or butter to the inside of the pita.
  3. Fill pita with roast beef, sliced cucumber, chopped black olives, a couple of Food Snob Bell Peppers and rocket to taste.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.

Serving Suggestions: 

Delicious freshly prepared or toasted.
