HALLOUMI BACON BITES
1 x 200g Food Snob Cypriot Halloumi
20 x small sage leaves
10 x rashers of streaky smoked bacon
Preheat oven on bake to 220 degrees.
Cut the halloumi into 20 even sized pieces.
Lay bacon flat on chopping board, cut in half cross ways so you have 20 long pieces of bacon.
Place a sage leaf in the middle of each bacon rasher.
Place a piece of halloumi at the beginning of each rasher.
Roll up the halloumi placing each piece on baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is golden and crispy.
Best served hot out of the oven.
